Problem story: We love solving complex problems

In 2018, ZS updated its tagline to “We love solving complex problems,” moving away from previous tagline related to data and analytics. This new tagline resonates more emotionally.

While working from home, I was once on a client call where the client praised me for an analysis task. Grateful, I responded, "Thanks, I love solving any problem" 😊 

To my dismay, my wife overheard this sentence. I’m not sure if the tagline resonated with the client, but it definitely struck a chord with my wife.

Since then, she has been assigning me household problems, from fixing tap leaks and repairing the grinder to cutting the kids’ nails 😥
