Mom story: Why am I still with my current organization?

2010: I left Larsen & Toubro after completing 3 years 

2014: I left KPIT after completing 2.75 years

2015: I left eInfochips (An Arrow Company) after completing 0.6 year

2019: I left ZS after completing 3.75 years. The longest tenure of my professional career

2021: I left PharmaACE after completing 1.75 years

2024 & continuing: I joined EVERSANA in February 2021, and it is about to become the longest tenure of my career (3.75+ years). 

I am continuing here because of:

• Continuous learning on the entire cycle of commercial analytics

• Freedom to work

• Great leadership

• Working on the latest technology in the pharma domain

No, it’s not for the reasons mentioned above. My mom always says that by the time she learns the name of my company, I had switched to a new company. 🤐 

This time, I’m waiting until she learns the name of my company! 😀
