Team story: Keep inflection point as early as possible in personal work - 05/24

The S-curve often forms its shape because the growth of the project in the beginning stages is usually slow.
As more progress is made, the growth accelerates rapidly—creating that upward slope that forms the middle part of the “s.” This point of maximum growth is called the point of inflection. During this period, you work heavily on the project and spend most of your time.
While working in consulting, I have selected the approach of front loaded S-curve. The more you front load the work, the more you get time to work on the iterations given by the client. This way your deliverable is more aligned to the client expectations.
On the contrary, if you have back loaded curve, you will get less iterations from the client due to lack of time, and your deliverable won't be as much aligned to client expectations as front loaded S-Curve.
