I recently spent an hour helping a team member revamp their resume for official purposes. I condensed the two-page document into a single page, updated the language for clarity, and applied a professional template.

The revised resume looked fantastic!

I begged to the team member, "Please do not use this resume for applying to external jobs" Else it is like I am shooting myself in the foot!
