Deciles represents ten equal segments, ten equal groups into which HCPs are divided based on the TRx or patient count. In this segmentation, the highest decile 10, encompasses the smallest number of HCPs, whereas the lowest decile 1, includes the largest number of HCPs.
For instance, decile 10 consists of 200 HCPs contributing to a total of 500,000 TRx, while decile 1 could comprise 100,000 HCPs also accounting for 500,000 TRx.
To enhance the decile summary in a table, add range of TRx within each decile, represented by minimum and maximum TRx in each decile. This addition will provides insight into the distribution range across the deciles.
For example,
Decile 10's range might be from a minimum of 1,000 TRx to a maximum of 5,000 TRx for its 200 HCPs and
Decile 1's range could span from 1 TRx to 20 TRx among its 100,000 HCPs
