Before 2021: I said Yes to 10 out of 2 asks from team or my manager. Result, I as well as team were miserable

2021-2024: I say No to 10 out of 2 asks from team or my manager. Result, I and team are both contented

Who is credited for this transition - all my managers and industry stalwarts ?

No, it's my wife. Who says No to each of my ask! 

I have not gathered the courage to say No to her but have applied in professional life and have become really successful!
