Leadership story: Lord of the Rings 3 - Aragorn leadership style!

During the Battle of the Pelennor Fields, outside of the city of Minas Tirith, the Siege of Minas Tirith, was broken by the arrival of Théoden and his Rohirrim horsemen. However later the tide turns and Rohirrin was loosing since they were outnumbered in every way. 

Then, comes Aragorn, the heir of isildur who was the ancient King of Arnor and Gondor. He had summoned the deadliest army walking on Middle Earth - the Dead Men of Dunharrow or Men of the Mountains. Despite having this powerful force, Aragorn led from the front, personally slaying many orcs. He could have simply let the army of the dead handle the battle.

This exemplifies a great leadership style: even with the best team, a true leader continues to lead from the front!
