Interview story: What's in a name? - 04/24

In the world of pharma consulting interviews, client names are rightfully considered confidential. Both candidates and interviewers understand this unspoken rule. But sometimes candidates come mentally prepared to remind the interviewer of this, come what may!

Here's a recent example that always brings a smile to my face:

Me: "Can you tell me a little bit about your current project responsibilities?"

Candidate: (Eyes widening) "Oh, I can't tell you the client name!"

Me: "I didn't ask you in the first place!"

Silence!!!!!!!!!
