Interview story: How is the culture in the organization? - 05/24

In one of my ex organization, the office culture was unfavorable. 

During an interview, someone from my former workplace inquired about the organizational culture. I candidly replied that it was poor, but reassured them that it is just matter of months 🕔 . 

With hope the individual then asked if things would change. 

I responded, either you would get used to it or you would be out of the organization in couple of months 😋 

P.S. He didn't join and I didn't stay long in that organization.
