Manager story: Overcoming Frustration

From 2007 to 2013, I had a heavy workload but still delivered on time. Despite the many challenges, I managed to handle everything, though it was often frustrating. However, I remained positive and managed happily.

During reviews, my managers often pointed out that I wasn't keeping them in the loop.

Starting in 2014, I began having regular one-on-one meetings with my managers, per the feedback. 

Since then, I have continued to be frustrated 

but 

have even ensured that my manager is more frustrated, than me, 

by making him/her listen to all the delivery-related challenges in the 1:1 meetings! 😀
